Barleans Omega Twin Oil is a combination of flax and borage oils for essential fatty acid nutrition. Organic flaxseed oil is the world’s richest source of alpha-linolenic acid (LNA), an essential Omega-3 fat. Borage oil is the world’s richest source of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), an essential Omega-6 fat with anti-inflammatory activity.
