When ordering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. We also collect information from healthcare providers, which is only used to determine eligibility for wholesale discount.

Financial Information

We do not collect, nor store, nor even have access to your financial information. Our payment processing agent for shopping cart purchases is PayPal. If you do not already have a PayPal account, you will be prompted to create one during our checkout process, which takes only a moment. PayPal guarantees the security of your financial information.
